DoubleProx Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026. These terms are the deal between you and DoubleProx ("we", "us"). They cover the website, the dashboard, the rotation links and API, and every mobile proxy line you order from us. We kept them short and readable because you should know exactly what you are signing up for before you spin up a single rotation. Creating an account, topping up or using a line means you accept everything below. If something here does not sit right with you, do not use the service and talk to us first.
1. What you are buying
DoubleProx sells dedicated USA mobile proxy lines. Every line is a physical device, such as a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, running on its own US carrier SIM. You choose the hardware type and the carrier at checkout, subject to what is in stock in the metro you pick.
A line gives you HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 access, sticky sessions, and rotation on demand through a link or the API, with no cooldown between changes. The IP addresses come from the carrier's regional pool, which is shared with ordinary phone users and is finite, so seeing an address again during a day is normal and is not a defect. You can move a line between our US metros yourself, free of charge, from the dashboard.
2. Who can sign up
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for it. Keep your login, API keys and proxy passwords to yourself. Anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you, so tell support right away if you think someone else has them.
3. Prepaid balance, plans and renewals
Everything at DoubleProx is paid up front. You either top up an account balance or pay for a plan directly, and plans run by the day, week or month at the prices shown on the site when you buy. When a plan renews, the next period is paid in advance the same way. We may change prices or plans going forward, but a change never touches a period you have already paid for.
One device, one customer. A line is assigned to a single customer account while the plan is active, and we do not put anyone else on your hardware during that time. Money questions, including when you can get funds back, are handled by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Rotate hard, play fair
You can rotate as often as your workflow needs. What you cannot do is use a DoubleProx line for anything illegal or abusive. The following are strictly off limits:
- fraud, phishing, impersonation or scams of any kind
- spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- distributing malware or running botnets
- denial-of-service or other attacks on networks and systems
- credential stuffing or brute-forcing logins
- accessing accounts, systems or data without authorization
- child sexual abuse material in any form
- content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property
- breaking the terms of service of the websites and platforms you connect to
5. Abuse reports and suspension
We do not watch what flows through your line, but we do read and act on abuse reports from carriers, platforms, network operators and legal authorities. When a report comes in, we may look at connection metadata, ask you to explain the activity, and suspend the affected line or the whole account while we check. If we confirm a breach of section 4, we can close the account. A proxy only changes the network path your traffic takes; it never changes the rules of the site on the other end, and you stay responsible for everything sent through your lines.
6. How the network behaves
Mobile networks are live radio systems. Typical speeds are around 20 to 45 Mbps on 4G and 50 Mbps or more on 5G, but they depend on signal and carrier conditions and are not guaranteed figures. We run the service on a best-effort basis and do not promise that any specific IP, carrier or platform outcome will be available at all times. When one of our devices or our network causes downtime, the remedy is set out in the Refund Policy.
7. Our stuff, your stuff
The site, dashboard, API, software and branding belong to DoubleProx or its licensors. You may use them to run your lines, but you may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer them without written permission. Your data and your projects stay yours.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, lost data, business interruption, or blocks and bans that third-party platforms apply to your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid DoubleProx in the 30 days before the claim arose.
You agree to cover DoubleProx against claims, losses and costs that come from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else's rights.
9. Ending things
You can stop using DoubleProx whenever you want. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, abuse, or legal and compliance reasons, with or without advance notice where the situation requires it.
10. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Keeping your account active after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of DoubleProx is organized. If something goes wrong, bring it to support first so we can try to fix it before anyone reaches for a formal dispute.
Questions about these terms go to support@doubleprox.com or to our Telegram bot, @doubleprox_support_bot. Both are staffed around the clock.
