Privacy at DoubleProx

Last updated: September 25, 2026. You run your rotations through our hardware, so you deserve a straight answer about what we see. The short version: we keep the small amount of data needed to give you an account, take payment and keep lines healthy. We do not read your traffic, we do not run trackers on our website, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone. The long version is below, sorted by where the data comes from.

Your account

When you register we store your email address, a name if you decide to add one, and your password in hashed form, so we can check it at sign-in without ever keeping the plain text. We also keep a record of sign-ins to your account, which helps us spot logins that do not look like you.

Registration is protected by a reCAPTCHA check to keep automated sign-up floods out. After that, the dashboard uses a sign-in session so you stay logged in while you manage lines, flip rotations and move metros.

Payments

How much we know about a payment depends on the method you pick. Card payments run through Stripe checkout and PayPal payments run through PayPal. Those providers handle the sensitive details, and DoubleProx never sees or stores your full card number.

For crypto top-ups in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum we keep the public transaction hash and the address involved, which is how we match a payment to your balance. For Zelle and bank wire we keep the sender name and the reference you used. We also keep ordinary billing records such as amounts, dates and what each payment bought.

Your proxy traffic

We do not inspect or record the content of the traffic that passes through your lines. What you browse, scrape or submit is not something we look at or store.

To run the network we do process operational metadata. Examples include when connections are made, how much data a line moves, and which addresses connect to your line. We use that to operate and bill the service, keep it secure and investigate abuse reports when a carrier or platform contacts us about an address.

The public website and free tools

Our public website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. You can read every page without being profiled.

The free IP checker and proxy checker look up addresses through public IP-lookup services to show you the result. They store nothing about the check you ran.

Telegram support

If you choose to contact us through @doubleprox_support_bot, we keep that conversation so we can follow up and see the history of your issue. Using Telegram is optional; email works just as well.

What we do with it, and what we never do

We use your data to provide and bill the service, secure accounts and hardware, answer support requests and respond to abuse reports or valid legal requests. We do not sell personal data. Providers that help us run the service, like the payment processors named above, get only what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it

Account data stays for as long as your account is open. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to hold them, which can outlast the account itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email support@doubleprox.com from the address on your account and tell us what you need. Where the law requires us to keep something, such as billing records, we will explain what has to stay and why.

DoubleProx is for adults only. Nobody under 18 may use the service, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we update this policy, the date at the top changes, and material changes will be clear on this page.
